The merchant, not Muncharoo, is the seller of the voucher and the provider of the goods and services redeemable with the voucher you purchased. Muncharoo is acting as the merchant's marketing agent and selling the voucher on behalf of the merchant.
Immediately after purchase, via email, you are sent confirmation of your purchase and will receive a link to your voucher. You may also access your voucher by logging in at Muncharoo.com.
Merchants prefer printed vouchers, however you may retrieve your vouchers digitally by visiting Muncharoo on your smart phone. Either way, the voucher is coded with a unique Voucher Verification Code (VVC) which you should present to the merchant when you receive your bill.
If you cannot use a voucher by its expiration date, we encourage you NOT to purchase it. However, unless stated otherwise on a voucher, please contact customerservice@Muncharoo.com within two months of a voucher's purchase date if you find you cannot use a voucher and Muncharoo will do its utmost to credit your account.
